LESSON BREAKDOWN

PITCHING DURATION:

Each lesson will normally last about an hour.  If the pitcher is tired and an hour is not completed, this the most crutial time to stop pitching.  The pitcher will begin to create bad habits.  Generally, once the pitcher has memorized the movements, drills should last about 15-20 minutes and warm-up about 10 more minutes.  We will watch to make sure that during this whole time the pitcher is doing everything right.  Then the pitcher will begin pitching.

HITTING / CATCHING DURATION

Each lesson will normally last about an hour.  If the student gets tired too quickly and an hour is not completed, we will stop the physical part of the lesson and finish up with verbal instruction.  We have several drills and techniques that we use to teach and if one is not comfortable please make sure you let us know.

We have a technique that we teach for each girl.  These techniques can change per student.  Talk to your coach if you have been taught something that is uncomfortable to do, we will do whatever it takes to make it simple for everyone.
